These terms and conditions apply to all Car Rental with Driver services provided by Travel in Asia. By making a booking, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:
1. Booking & Confirmation
Reservations can be made via WhatsApp, the official website, or by phone. Your booking is considered valid once you receive confirmation from the Travel in Asia team.
2. Payment
A down payment (DP) of 30–50% of the total rental fee is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full before departure. We accept bank transfers, cash, and e-wallet payments.
3. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 1 day (H-1) before the scheduled trip. Down payments are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 3 months of the booking date.
4. Vehicle Usage
Vehicles must be used according to the agreed destination and purpose. It is strictly prohibited to carry hazardous materials or use the vehicle outside the approved route without prior consent from Travel in Asia.
5. Chauffeur Service
Our service is exclusively for car rentals with professional drivers. We do not provide self-drive (keyless) rentals.
6. Additional Charges
Additional fees may apply for overtime use, extra mileage, or special requests (tolls, parking, driver meals), based on the mutual agreement with the customer.
7. Responsibility
Travel in Asia ensures that all vehicles are well-maintained and your trip is comfortable. Customers are responsible for any damages caused by negligence during the rental period.
8. Terms Modification
